When you arrive, you will normally be asked to sign an indemnity form which will also require parental/guardian signature for under 18s. As part of a small group you will be given an initial group briefing, and then issued with the necessary safety equipment and buoyancy aid. Instruction in the raft, including paddling technique and commands. Then a run down the rapids.Need to know:Minimum age 12-18 depending on location (under 18s need parental/guardian consent)You should be in reasonable health, a confident swimmer and agile enough to climb into the raftMaximum weight 15-18 stones (102kgs) depending on location Course note: Some seasonal closures.
