Once the order is received we will then email a questionnaire and an e-mail address to send your photos or alternatively an address to send hard copies direct. Once the questionnaire is completed and returned via email you will be sent a draft copy of the poem and the final layout for your approval. Once approved your framed picture poem will be dispatched within 24 hours. This process normally takes up to 2 weeks subject to swift approvals of the drafts.
