Celebrity chef and founder of The Curry Club, Pat Chapman, takes you on a whistle-stop tour of the curry basics in this three hour demonstration. Showing the classics Tikka Masala, Chicken Jalfrezi, Chickpea Curry and including other side dishes, there is not a supermarket jar in sight as you learn the art of mixing your own spices and flavourings.
